Our Journey

Initial Phase: 2017 – 2020

Anantamaya Opportunity Pvt. Ltd. was founded in 2017 with a clear vision to provide specialized recruitment and manpower services exclusively in the BFSI sector. Our journey began with front-line talent solutions for insurance companies, focusing on long-term partnerships rooted in quality, speed, and transparency. By 2018, we had strengthened client relationships through consistent delivery for leading BFSI brands, introduced structured training programs for internal recruiters, and built a pre-screened candidate pool to accelerate hiring. In response to the global pandemic in 2019, we swiftly transitioned to a remote-ready recruitment model, supporting BFSI partners in digitizing recruitment and onboarding processes. Growth and Expansion Phase: 2021 - Present

From 2021 onward, Anantamaya Opportunity Pvt. Ltd. entered a phase of accelerated growth, broadening our services and strengthening our position as a trusted BFSI recruitment partner.
